• a booking confirmation request will be sent by text 3 days prior to the appointment day.  please confirm to secure your spot.

 

DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ...

• any service requiring 3hours+ ( for a single person or a group total).  $35/h X service hours  - deposit is refundable if cancelled before 48hrs prior to the appointment

CANCELLATION POLICY ...

• if cancelled within 48hrs prior to the appointment, $35/h X service hours will be forfeited

• if a package appointment is cancelled within 48hrs prior , the value of the scheduled service will be forfeited

 

NO SHOW... 

• no show is subject to $35/h X service hours .

LATE ARRIVALS...

• ​to perform the best service possible, we strongly request for a timely arrival. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide the services you are booked for.
